On the way from my early morning run, I saw the mesmerizing sunrise hues. I paused for a moment to take in the beauty of the moment. I was filled with appreciation for the beauty of the world and a renewed sense of hope. I felt inspired to make the most of my day and to keep pushing forward.

I couldn't help but contemplate the journey of one of our candidates, Lakshmi Pathy Rao. His journey mirrors a new dawn's resilience.

In September 2021, Lakshmi enrolled at Mantra Academy. Coming from a small village in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, his transition to Bangalore was a tale of courage. Due to the pandemic, he had lost precious time after graduation, and coping with fierce competition in a new city was like wrestling a double-edged sword. Still, he went for it.

The road wasn't smooth, though. Lakshmi had his struggles. It was hard for him to understand complex concepts, and he learned slower than his peers. He felt left behind as his batchmates soared ahead. He was still struggling to put together his portfolio when the course ended in May 2022. Our philosophy at Mantra Academy is that everyone deserves a shot. Lakshmi was supported by our dedicated faculty, who went above and beyond to help.

As the batch graduated, his classmates got jobs at different companies. Lakshmi Pathy, however, was still in it. His persistence caught our eye, and we proposed an idea - we'd help him until he landed an internship, as long as he showed consistency and incremental improvements.

The journey wasn't a sprint; it was a marathon. Lakshmi would show up every week and do his job. It wasn't always easy for him. There were weeks when he was slower than others. He pressed on, like a ship braving the storm.

Eventually, it paid off. His portfolio was done and received his course completion certificate and went to the campus recruitment drive in early 2023. He landed his dream job at a French automotive company based out of Pune, to our delight.

Lakshmi's story shows the power of perseverance, the belief that everyone can find their own path to success. When given the right support, anyone, regardless of their background or obstacles, can thrive, regardless of their speed.

Don't forget that success isn't a race, but a journey, and the relentless are the ones who win. Let's all imbibe some Lakshmi's perseverance in our lives, because it's the persistent who wins.
